Full job description
We are seeking to hire a Light Vehicle Driver to join our Ground Operations Department. The Light Vehicle Driver will be responsible for effectively and safely fulfilling transportation requirements as per policy and the supervisor’s instructions. Also, responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance and timely reporting to the supervisor. This job is based in Abu Dhabi.
Essential Criteria
- High School or secondary school.
- Minimum 5 years driving experience in the GCC including 2 years in UAE.
- UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle).
- Good knowledge of UAE Roads and transport authority regulations.
- Good knowledge of UAE Landmarks and the use of maps and navigation systems (Google Maps, GPS).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle spare parts and components.
- Understanding of vehicle’s maintenance planning and schedule.
- Good English communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Preferred experience in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Preferred Offshore experience.
- Immediate availability to join.
