Lab Manager (4-5 Years UAE Experience)*
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Lab Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the UAE to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to maintain lab safety and cleanliness, and a deep understanding of laboratory processes and equipment.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal performance.
- Oversee lab staff and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate lab testing, ensure accurate data collection, and assist in the analysis and interpretation of results.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensure regular maintenance and calibration, and manage inventory of lab supplies.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab operations
- Monitor lab performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate testing and reporting.
- Train, mentor, and supervise lab technicians, ensuring continuous professional development
- Ensure all lab activities comply with quality control standards and industry regulations.
