The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, managing waitlists, and coordinating with the dining staff to provide excellent customer service. Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the restaurant. 
Manage reservations and seating arrangements. 
Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests. 
Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service. 
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. 
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. 
Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. 
Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials. 
Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction. 

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Friendly and professional demeanor. 
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
