• can lift up to 50lbs safely.
• has knowledge of kegs and tap systems (a plus but not required).

Job Duties:
As a Barback, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting bartenders and team members during busy service times.
• Assisting with preparing and cleaning the bar area before, during, and after service.
• Restocking fridges, glass counters, and bar supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Helping with replacing kegs and maintaining tap systems.
• Ensuring compliance with HAACP requirements and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Assisting with take-away orders and customer interactions.
• Preparing the bar for events and supporting event organization.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise during service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Serving as backup during peak times or as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
• Communicating with the kitchen to coordinate production and ensure timely service.
• Performing general supporting tasks as assigned by management.
