Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

  • with experience as Receptionist
  • Female Arabic Speaker – Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage check-ins and maintain an up-to-date visitor log
  • Guide guests to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism
  • Take accurate messages and ensure prompt follow-up
  • Provide general information and respond to basic inquiries
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Report any suspicious activity or security concerns promptly
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain updated internal directories and contact lists
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare basic correspondence, reports, and other documents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus)
