- Ensure seamless operations within the guest relations department, exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
- Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Take responsibility for tasks and ensure timely, professional completion.
- Support departmental goals and consistently achieve hotel targets and initiatives.
- Manage resources effectively, including cost control and inventory management.
- Foster strong relationships while promoting company values and culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement best practices for due diligence.
Requirements:
- Experience in guest relations, ideally in a supervisory role in 4 or 5* Hotel/s in the UAE.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a “Yes I Can!” attitude.
- Passion for outstanding guest service and team collaboration.
- Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
- Integrity and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
- Familiarity with IT systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
