  • To deliver, measure and monitor the effectiveness of Internal and External trainings for all competency development initiates.
  • Feedback, Evaluation scores
  • Impart effective training to all service partners/Clients and internal staff as per the set standards
  • Feedback, Evaluation scores
  • Prepare the training materials on the basis of the training plan & schedule
  • Timely preparation of training materials
  • Conduct training need analysis to plan effective trainings in the future
  • Feedback from trainees on trainings required
  • Maintaining and improving the training standards through constant review of the training process.
  • Training feedback
  • Handling and maintenance of tools, lab equipments and other resources with extreme care
  • Visibility and tracking of tools & equipment.
  • Assist on new business initiatives and projects.
  • Realisation of new business streams.
