Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance:
  • Keep the office premises clean and organized, including common areas, restrooms, and pantry.
  • Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked and replenish as needed.
  • Support Staff:
  • Assist employees with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Deliver and collect documents within the office and to other locations as required.
  • Mail and Package Handling:
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
  • Refreshments:
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Meeting Support:
  • Set up meeting rooms for scheduled meetings, including arranging seating and equipment.
  • Assist in cleaning up after meetings and ensuring rooms are left tidy.
  • General Assistance:
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager or supervisors to support the office’s overall functionality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to [specify weight, e.g., 20 lbs].
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with standard working hours Monday to Saturday, 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM.
