The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. This role ensures a comfortable and clean environment for guests while adhering to the hotel’s standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities as required.
- Ensure the proper care and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor.
- Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in all hotel areas, including corridors and stairways.
- Assist in the proper handling and disposal of waste and laundry.
