Personal Assistant / Secretary with Administration Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Admin Secretary with experience in Administration Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management and assist with administration-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents, contracts, and records.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and promptly.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, especially for employees requiring immigration support.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and keep updated with any changes.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Secretary, or similar role.
  • Strong experience in administration processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally.
