We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Admin Secretary with experience in Administration Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management and assist with administration-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents, contracts, and records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and promptly.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in onboarding processes, especially for employees requiring immigration support.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and keep updated with any changes.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Secretary, or similar role.
- Strong experience in administration processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally.
